
Welcome To Our Parenting Club! This is the Private Membership Agreement (the "Agreement") between (a) Army of Moms Parenting Club LLC ("AOMPC") and (b) the undersigned for the pursuit and exercise of medical freedom, personal sovereignty, and related services via AOMPC.A) AOMPC is a Michigan Private Member Association ("PMA"), which includes a select group of PMA members who are seeking to gain access to information, resources, guidance, and support for exercising medical freedom and personal sovereignty as facilitated by AOMPC.B) Accordingly, for $1.00 and other good and valuable consideration, including the mutual covenants contained herein, the receipt and sufficiency of which are hereby acknowledged, the undersigned hereby applies for a membership in AOMPC and hereby agrees as follows:
The undersigned hereby applies for a membership share ("Share") in AOMPC, and tenders the sum of $1 for a Share in AOMPC. The nonrefundable Share in AOMPC may be approved, but approval for a Share is subject to the absolute discretion of Ashley Armstrong and Sarah Embree of AOMPC. AOMPC is a PMA, and only provides its services and resources to accepted PMA members and is not open to the general public.
As a member of AOMPC, you have the exclusive right to access resources, information, and support related to medical freedom and personal sovereignty on a priority basis through AOMPC. Non-members are not allowed to access or participate in these private offerings.
AOMPC's offerings emphasize conscious, informed choices in health, wellness, and personal autonomy, sourced through close-knit arrangements that adhere to principles of NO unnecessary interventions, NO coercive mandates, and NO infringement on individual rights. Members engage in voluntary, private arrangements to support self-determination in medical and personal decisions. All information, resources, guidance, and consultations provided by or through AOMPC are strictly for educational and informational purposes only and are not intended to be, nor should they be construed as, medical advice, diagnosis, treatment recommendations, or a substitute for professional medical care. Always consult your licensed physician, healthcare provider, or other qualified professional before making any decisions regarding your health, medical treatments, or that of your family.
As a member of AOMPC, you participate in the private association's framework for exercising medical freedom and sovereignty, including access to educational resources, community support, and direct communication with AOMPC's responsive support for any matters pertaining to your personal health choices and autonomy.
If approved, this Share in AOMPC will entitle the undersigned to participate in the PMA and to thereby obtain resources and support available via AOMPC for advancing medical freedom and personal sovereignty. Any payments hereunder do not constitute the sale of goods or regulated services, but rather are contributions or fees for membership, access, education, and other private services rendered by AOMPC in supporting members' self-directed choices.
PLEASE NOTE: Decisions regarding personal health, medical treatments, exemptions, or alternative approaches carry inherent risks as determined by various government agencies (i.e., the FDA, CDC, and state health departments), which may view certain choices as potentially harmful or carrying risks, especially for vulnerable populations such as infants, young children, pregnant women, the elderly, or those with compromised immune systems. If you choose particular paths or approaches discussed within the association, that is your personal choice and at your own risk. Nothing provided by AOMPC is medical advice; consult your doctor or qualified healthcare professional for personalized guidance.
Finally, (a) any claims relating to or in any way pertaining to AOMPC and/or resources or support available via AOMPC shall be limited to a refund of the cost of membership or related fees, with the express waiver of any damage claims against AOMPC (and their agents, officers, directors, members and employees) and Mary Anderson and Betsy Rice for personal injury, wrongful death, or any other claim for damages; (b) any dispute or claim relating, arising, or in any way pertaining to AOMPC and/or participation in the association shall be filed, litigated and tried exclusively in the judicial district of the Georgia state or federal courts with jurisdiction covering Chatham County, Georgia (where AOMPC is based), with the application of the internal Michigan laws, regardless of any conflict of law analysis which otherwise might be construed to the contrary; (c) this Agreement contains the full and complete agreement between the parties pertaining to the subject matter hereof, supersedes any and all prior agreements or understandings between the parties (oral or otherwise), cannot be amended or modified by any conduct of the parties, and cannot be amended or modified except by written agreement dated and signed by all parties; (d) should any clause, provision, or term of this Agreement be determined to be unenforceable, that clause, term or provision may be severed from this Agreement, and the other clauses, provisions and terms of the Agreement shall otherwise remain in full force and effect; (e) by your signature below and by joining AOMPC and/or accessing any resources via AOMPC, you expressly consent to the terms and conditions set forth above.
CONSTITUTIONAL FOUNDATION OF THE ARMY OF MOMS PARENTING CLUB PRIVATE MEMBERSHIP ASSOCIATIONWhereas, the First Amendment to the United States Constitution guarantees the fundamental right of citizens to freely associate, assemble, and petition the government, this Private Membership Association (PMA) is established as a direct exercise of those constitutionally protected liberties. The right to freely associate is a cornerstone of American civil society, allowing individuals with shared interests to come together voluntarily, independent of governmental interference.The First Amendment protections specifically upheld in this PMA include:
Freedom of association: The right of members to voluntarily join a private organization
Right to peacefully assemble: Members can gather and collaborate around shared values of medical freedom and personal sovereignty
Right to petition: Members maintain the ability to communicate and address concerns within their association
Furthermore, the Ninth Amendment to the United States Constitution reinforces the understanding that the enumeration of certain rights in the Constitution shall not be construed to deny or disparage other rights retained by the people. This PMA recognizes that citizens possess fundamental rights beyond those explicitly listed, including the right to:
Engage in private contractual relationships
Make informed, sovereign choices about personal health and medical decisions
Create voluntary associations for mutual benefit and protection of autonomy
Preserve traditional and alternative approaches to health, wellness, and self-determination
These constitutional principles underscore the legitimacy and protection of this Private Membership Association, affirming the members' inherent rights to voluntary association, medical freedom, and personal sovereignty.
ACKNOWLEDGEMENT OF RISKS AND WAIVER OF LIABILITY By signing this waiver, I, the undersigned, hereby acknowledge and agree to the following:
Assumption of Risk:
I understand that by joining AOMPC, I am voluntarily engaging in a private association focused on medical freedom and personal sovereignty. I acknowledge that all personal health decisions, including alternative approaches or choices outside conventional guidelines, carry inherent risks of adverse outcomes or differing views from regulatory bodies, even when made with informed consent. I assume all risks associated with my participation in the Parenting Club and any choices I make regarding my health or that of my family. All information shared is for educational and informational purposes only and is not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. I agree to consult my physician or other qualified healthcare provider regarding any health-related decisions.
Health and Medical Responsibility:
I affirm that I am aware of my health condition and any relevant factors that may affect my decisions. I agree to consult with qualified professionals of my choosing if I have concerns about any health-related matters, and I take full responsibility for my informed choices.
Waiver of Liability:
I agree to release and hold harmless Army of Moms Parenting Club, its owners, operators, employees, and affiliates, from any liability, loss, or damage arising from my participation in the association or any health-related decisions or outcomes. This includes any claims related to personal health effects or interpretations of medical freedom.
Indemnification:
I agree to indemnify and hold harmless Army of Moms Parenting Club, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses, including attorney fees, arising out of my membership or exercise of personal sovereignty within the association. By autographing below, the Member acknowledges that they have read, comprehended, and agreed to all terms and conditions set forth in this agreement.
